1970 Ford Mustang Boss 302
When the owner of this ’70 Mustang Boss wanted it perfect, he knew Powerhouse Hot Rods was the place.
Our team dug right in, starting with some much-needed metalwork for the 40-year-old muscle car. Salvageable body panels were patched and straightened, rust-damaged areas of the structure were fixed or replaced. The Mustang received front frame rails, quarters, inner and outer aprons, doors and fenders. The cowl assembly and taillight panel were replaced, as well as the hood and deck lid.
When everything was perfect, the car was shot with a custom mix of PPG orange. As a final touch, the original Boss 302 striping and lettering were applied.
Upon completion, this beauty was returned to the owner who plans to continue the restoration himself. With the solid foundation that Powerhouse Hot Rods provided, the owner will finish this rebuild and have a gorgeous car that will be the envy of many muscle car fanatics.
